Mr. Eihab Alsayed Nail
Mr.Eihab Alsayed Nail has obtained his Law degree from Tanta University, Egypt . He has been practicing law for the last 15 years. He holds a Master's degree in private law, awarded in 2010 from the University of Tanta. He obtained the Diploma of Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Disputes as well.
He worked as an advisor to many major companies and institutions in Egypt. He has written a book in the Criminal Code (remand) and another in civil evidence (authoritative electronic signature). He holds many courses in human and administrative development. He had occasion to provide legal advice to Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi.
He has extensive experience in civil and commercial law and has a special and distinct experience in criminal law.
